RECIPE: Frittata Pasta
Frittata Pasta is a breakfast meal replacement-based just like spaghetti. The pasta is made with the same basic ingredients with spaghetti ingredients. However, Frittata Pasta round with a layer of pasta, vegetables, and cheese. Pasta is also equipped with a baked egg mixture. Here's the recipe.
Ingredients:
Sauteed tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cup milk
28 ounce package of cheese, diced
6 ounces dried spaghetti
3/4 cup chopped garlic
1 piece of medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cloves chopped red onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
10 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese mashed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How to make:
1. Prepare tomato sauce sauteed. Cover and keep warm. Cook spaghetti as usual, then drain. Put it in a pot of spaghetti. Cover and keep warm.
2. Preheat oven with a temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit in advance. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. 3. Combine eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese in a large container and mix well using a mixer at low speed. Add the cream cheese. Stir for 30 seconds.
4. Put the spaghetti that had been cooked in a container you bake. Add vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti. Press gently using a large spoon. Bake for 40 minutes or until the color changed to brown the butter.
5. To serve, cut Frittata Pasta up into several pieces. Pour a few tablespoons of tomato sauce that has been fried on a plate.
Frittata Pasta are ready to be served to 12 people.
