RECIPE: Crispy & Crunchy Oyster Mushroom
Crispy Oyster Mushroom this time wearing a practical recipes using eggs. Suitable as a meal or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients :
250 grams oyster mushrooms, washed and shredded to taste
250 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of rice flour
50 grams cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 eggs, beaten off
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Cooking oil to taste
Complement:
Ketchup or chili sauce
Mayonnaise
How to Make:
- Mix the flour, rice flour, cornstarch and baking soda, mix well.
- Mix the eggs that have been beaten off, garlic, salt, and bouillon powder, mix well.
- Dip into egg mixture herbs, then roll in flour mixture. Repeat once more. Set aside.
- Repeat until all the mushrooms out.
