RECIPE: Avocado Egg Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 of an avocado
1 hard-boiled egg
5-8 tablespoons plain yogurt creamy flavor
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
1. Separate the avocado from the skin, then crush with a spoon, not too soft but not too rough. Keep still textured.
2. In a separate, break eggs with a tablespoon. Just like avocado, crushed but still textured.
3. Combine avocado, eggs and yogurt in a container. Give a little salt and pepper, and stir briefly.
4. Spread avocado mixture over your favorite whole grain bread. Avocado Egg Salad ready to eat.
