RECIPE: Martabak


Ingredients:
250 grams of cake flour
150 grams of sugar
2 eggs
350 ml of warm coconut milk
1 tsp instant yeast
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Topping:
Sweetened condensed milk white
Sweetened condensed milk chocolate
Grated cheese

How to Make:
  1. Insert instant yeast into the warm milk, stirring until dissolved and frothy yeast, set aside.
  2. Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the center and enter the egg. Knead the dough while pouring milk until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add baking soda, stirring by hand until all the dough is well blended.
  4. Let stand for 20 to 30 minutes until the dough expands.
  5. Heat the Light of the Moon mold with medium-small, thin smear with butter.

  7. Rub the top with toping martabak you like, cut into half sections, stacked on top of it.
  8. Martabak is ready to be served.
