RECIPE: Tteokbokki, Typical Korean Snacks

4-6 tbsp gochujang or red pepper paste
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cup water
7 scallions, cut into pieces 5 cm
7 large dried anchovies tail
How to Make
1. Separate the rice cake that does not stick together and make it easier to cut. Cut rice cake according to your tastes.
2. Prepare a pan, put 4 cups of water and all the dried anchovies that have been separated from the head and entrails. Simmer about 10 minutes over medium heat.
3. Drain the anchovies, put rice cake, chilli paste and sugar. Stir slowly.
