RECIPE: Cinnamon Apple Tart





Usually synonymous tart cake with cream, sugar, chocolate, and other sweet ingredients. This time, you will not find such materials, because you will be using cinnamon and apples as the main ingredient to make this tart.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp plain flour
1/2 basic pizza dough
4 ounces unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 and 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 apples, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp sugar
Ice cream (optional) to present

How to make:
1. Roll dough to a rectangle measuring 6x14 inches.
2. Spread 2/3 of dough with butter and fold it up shaped like the letter that does not start from the butter.
3. Put it in the refrigerator on a baking sheet for 1 hour.
4. Cut dough into 4 equal parts.
5. Place the dough on a baking paper-covered.
6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and apples.
7. Arrange apples on top of the dough and give a distance of 1/2 inch.
8. In another container, mix the egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of mineral water. Meanwhile, in another container, combine sugar and 1/8 powdered cinnamon.
9. Brush edges of dough with egg yolk and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
10. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the apples turn to brown color.    
To serve, you can add a tart flavor of ice cream that you more appealing.
