RECIPE: Coconut Milk Pudding w/ Strawberry Sauce



Coconut pudding smothered in strawberry sauce tasted very fresh and sweet. Suitable for dessert after lunch. Makes it difficult to know.

Ingredients:
1 packet gelatin without color
400 ml of liquid milk
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder

Strawberry Sauce Ingredients:
200 grams of strawberries, remove leaves
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons syrup cocopandan
100 ml of boiled water

How to Make:
  1. Boil all ingredients, stir until boiling coconut milk that is not broken.
  2. After boiling, pour the gelatin in a mold that has been smeared with water.
  3. Cool at room temperature, then put in the fridge.
  4. For the strawberry sauce, blend all ingredients together. Pour in the container.
  5. Cut the pudding, pour the strawberry sauce.
  6. Pudding is ready to be served.
