RECIPE: Coconut Milk Pudding w/ Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 packet gelatin without color
400 ml of liquid milk
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
Strawberry Sauce Ingredients:
200 grams of strawberries, remove leaves
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons syrup cocopandan
100 ml of boiled water
How to Make:
- Boil all ingredients, stir until boiling coconut milk that is not broken.
- After boiling, pour the gelatin in a mold that has been smeared with water.
- Cool at room temperature, then put in the fridge.
- For the strawberry sauce, blend all ingredients together. Pour in the container.
- Cut the pudding, pour the strawberry sauce.
- Pudding is ready to be served.
