RECIPE: Chocolate-Chocolate Chips Muffin



Ingredients:
200 g cake flour
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten off
150 ml of liquid milk
25 grams of cocoa powder
75 grams of cooking chocolate, melted
50 grams of margarine, melted
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
25 grams of chocolate chips
Chocolate chips as a topping to taste
Pieces of cashew nuts as a topping if desired

How to Make:
  1. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, set aside.
  2. Whisk milk, chocolate that has been melted, vanilla powder, sugar and eggs using egg whisk. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour margarine has melted, stir well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
  5. Spoon the mixture little by little flour and cocoa powder, stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula. Repeat until the flour out.
  6. Pour batter in muffin tins that have been given a cup. Give sprinkles chocholate chips and cashews.
  7. Bake in oven 175 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve.
