RECIPE: Steamed Macaroni Schotel



Ingredients:
100 grams of macaroni, boiled half cooked
4 slices bread without skin, cut into small
200 ml of liquid milk
2 eggs, beaten off
50 ml of liquid milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 pieces of beef sausage, sliced ​​to taste
2 medium carrots, diced small
75 grams of grated cheddar cheese

Chili sauce or tomato sauce


How to Make:
  1. Soak bread in milk (200 ml), stirring until soft and broken.
  2. Add salt, pepper, sausage, cheddar cheese and carrots. Stir well.
  3. Mix the eggs with the milk liquid (50 ml), beat until well blended. Set aside
  4. Enter the egg and milk mixture to the batter and stir well.
  5. Prepare a heat-resistant mold or pan measures 17 cm x 17 cm that have thin buttered.
  6. Arrange the macaroni in the bottom and the edge of the pan.
  7. Pour the batter mix ingredients until they run out.
  8. Cover the top with the remaining macaroni.
  9. Steam for 45 minutes or until cooked using medium heat.
