RECIPE: Cassava Cheese




Instead of buying cassava cheese, better make it your own. Suitable as a snack in the afternoon and afternoon tea.

Ingredients:
1 kg of medium cassava, peeled, washed, cut according to taste
5 cloves garlic, mashed
1 liter of water ice
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon margarine
Cooking oil

How to Make:
  1. Steamed cassava until tender, set aside.
  2. Mix the garlic, baking powder and salt in ice water, stirring until blended.
  3. Enter steamed cassava in water bath for 30 - 45 minutes. Drain.
  4. Fry cassava into hot oil that has been blended margarine. Fry until golden brown. Lift the drain.
  5. Serve while warm cassava cheese.
  6. If you like, serve with mayonnaise.
