RECIPE: Crispy & Crunchy Oyster Mushroom


Crispy Oyster Mushroom this time wearing a practical recipes using eggs. Suitable as a meal or an afternoon snack. 

Ingredients :
250 grams oyster mushrooms, washed and shredded to taste
250 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of rice flour
50 grams cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Garlic 3 cloves garlic, mashed
2 eggs, beaten off
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Cooking oil to taste

Complement:
Ketchup or chili sauce
Mayonnaise

How to Make:
  1. Mix the flour, rice flour, cornstarch and baking soda, mix well.
  2. Mix the eggs that have been beaten off, garlic, salt, and bouillon powder, mix well.
  3. Dip into egg mixture herbs, then roll in flour mixture. Repeat once more. Set aside.
  4. Repeat until all the mushrooms out.
  5. Fry the mushrooms in hot oil until submerged. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  6. Crispy Oyster Mushroom will be more delicious if dip served warm with tomato sauce, chili sauce or mayonnaise.
